All donation requests must be submitted to the Donations Coordinator for consideration a minimum of one week* before the scheduled event.
Donation letters may be mailed to PO Box 802, Shepherdsville, KY 40165, dropped off at the main counter during regular business hours, or emailed to Donations@goKartKountry.com.
If the donation request was dropped off or emailed, approved donations will be available for pickup on the Monday following the request and can be picked up at the main counter during regular business hours.
If the donation request was mailed with a self-addressed stamped envelope** (SASE), it will be mailed back.
If the request was not mailed with a SASE, it will be available for pickup on Monday following the receipt of the request.
All approved requests will be acknowledged via email.
Kart Kountry donates to churches, schools, sports teams, and other non-profit organizations (for the purpose of raising money for a charitable cause).
Businesses will receive donations if they are raising money for a charitable cause.
Only one donation per organization per year will be given unless approved by the Donations Coordinator.
Donation requests must meet the following criteria to be considered:
1. Be on the organization’s letterhead
2. Describe the organization
3. Describe the organization’s cause and event
4. Provide the date and time of the event
5. Provide who the event will benefit and how it will benefit them
6. Name, phone number, and email address of the main contact
Our standard donation is a $20 gift card, which can be used for any ticket or arcade card purchase.
*Mailed donation requests should be mailed a minimum of three weeks prior to the event. This provides time for the request to reach our Donations Coordinator, a decision to be made, and the donation to be mailed back.
**The SASE needs to be a standard 4 ⅛ inch by 9 ½ inch envelope.
We will not respond to requests made via voicemail or social media.
