Donations Policy
Donation Requests will be reviewed, and decisions will be made, at the beginning of each month. This is the only time donations will be given out. A maximum of 25 donations will be given out each month. Schools and churches will be considered first; other organizations will be considered after all school and church donation requests are reviewed.
Kart Kountry donates to churches, schools, sports teams, and other non-profit organizations (for the purpose of raising money for a charitable cause). Businesses will only receive donations if they are raising money for a charitable cause. Only one donation per organization per year will be given unless otherwise decided by the Donation Coordinator.
Donation requests must meet the following criteria to be considered:
• Be on the organization’s letterhead
• Provide a description of the organization
• Provide a description the organization’s cause and event
• Provide the date and time of the event
• Provide who the event will benefit and how it will benefit them
• Provide the name, phone number, and email address of the main contact

Our standard donation is four attraction passes.

We will mail all donations that are sent with a self-addressed, stamped envelope. The SASE needs to be a standard 4 ⅛ inch by 9 ½ inch envelope.
Donation request submitted without a SASE can be picked up at the counter after being notified. All donation recipients will be notified by phone call or email. The person retrieving the donation must present a valid photo ID.
